Project Description
We learned that not everyone who would use a Changing Places facility can use computers to get information. Some users face a financial and skills barrier to using technology. Changing Places Canada wants to create something for the environment to meet this need. We call for a Canadian design team to help us fund and create a 1-800 Changing Places phone service with recorded messages (English and French), as well as to receive messages from users.
